• Improve application performance and user experience

4. Third-Party Services

4.1. OpenAI

We use OpenAI services to process text and audio content, including translation and speech-to-text recognition. Data shared for these purposes may include:

• Text content from tasks or messages
• Audio voice recordings for transcription

4.2. Google, Yandex, and Facebook

These services are used solely for secure user authentication and account creation.

5. Data Storage

• All data is stored on secure, professional-grade servers.
• Servers may be located outside the user’s country of residence, including infrastructure in Moldova.
• Direct access to raw data is strictly restricted to the system administrator for maintenance purposes.

5.1. Media Files

Photos and audio recordings are stored on our servers to enable collaboration. They are deleted upon task completion status or when a user requests account deletion.

5.2. Caching

Processed results (transcriptions or translations) may be temporarily cached on the user’s local device to improve speed. This local cache is not transmitted back to our servers and is not accessible by the developer.

6. Data Deletion

Users have the right to delete their account at any time via the application settings.

7. Security

We prioritize the safety of your information and implement industry-standard security measures, including:

• Full HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmission
• Strict internal access controls and audit logs
